3 Top Facts About Staging
1. Professionally staged homes spend 72% less time on the market than unstaged homes (RESA Survey)
2. 81% of buyers say it was easier to view staged properties as their new homes (National Association of Realtors Survey, 2015)
3. Real estate experts list home staging as a "Top 2" necessity for sellers (Zillow, 2014)
What is professional staging?
Here at Rental Revive, I objectively view the home as a product to highlight its assets. Rental Revive provides a fresh outside view of homes and can market to the home's full potential, whether that is for renters or buyers.
Professional staging is primarily a marketing tool to make homeowners the most investment dollars. When a home is staged, a certified, trained stager will come into the home and change the layout, colors, accessories, and furniture, among other things, in order to market a home to renters and buyers alike.
At Rental Revive, we focus primarily on vacation rentals. With professional staging, a rental property will be kept current and reflect fresh trends with the intention of booking the most weeks for your rental home. Impress your guests with up-to-date furnishings and decor. Raise your rates.
How much does it cost?
Rental Revive provides a variety of services at varying price points! Click the "Services" bar to view our different packages and pricing. Please call 941-705-2572 if you would like to create a custom package.
The rental market is good, so why do I need to stage?
Even if the rental market is good, a home might have weak bookings if it appears dated. When renters view homes online before booking, they are more interested in homes that are crisp, clean and up to date.
Why can't I stage my own home?
Rental Revive is an HSR Certified company, which means that I have gone through intensive training and stage homes for a living. I am able to successfully stage homes because I have been educated on local markets, successful rental techniques, and how to create a cohesive home environment. I can objectively identify any issues with your home and allow it to reach its full rental and market potential.
Can't home buyers and renters use their imagination and look past my decor or empty rooms?
If a home is vacant or lacks proper colors, furniture and accessories, renters and buyers will be less enticed. Buyers also cannot visualize the size and scale of furniture in a vacant home. In the consultation, I will identify troublesome factors of your home in order to provide solutions that maximizes return.
